WADDINGTON BUILDING

The “Waddington” project began with the purchase of two houses, which I acquired together with my friend José Goñi. They are located on Gran Bretaña Avenue in Playa Ancha hill. To renovate them, it was necessary to preserve their façades, since they are protected heritage. With the collaboration of architect Octavio Meyer, and thanks to his patience and flexibility, we were finally able to create 14 apartments, each one unique. Today, these buildings are part of the identity of Heritage Valparaíso.
